Diallo Scott, Principal
Diallo Scott was admitted to the California Bar in December 2000. He graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in May 2000. He received a BA from UCLA in 1996.
Mr. Scott has over 19 years of experience. During that time he has represented client's in workers' compensation, family law, estate planning and civil litigation.
Mr. Scott began his workers' compensation career representing major insurance companies, self-insured employers and uninsured employers before representing injured workers. He started representing injured workers because he was tired of seeing insurance companies unfairly deny medical treatment, send injured workers back to work to soon and pressure them to settle their case for a low amount before the worker hires an attorney.
Mr. Scott’s experience representing insurance companies allows him to understand their strategies so he can effectively take actions to make sure you get the medical treatment and compensation you deserve.
Mr. Scott has experience representing clients in family law issues such as divorces, child custody/visitation, child support, spousal support, modifications of previous custody and support orders, and prenuptial agreements.
Mr. Scott has prepared Trusts, Wills, Healthcare Directives, and Power of Attorneys for clients.
Monica Ramirez received her Associate Degree in History from Cerritos Collage. After obtaining her Associate Degree Ms. Ramirez transferred to California State University of Fullerton and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Ms. Ramirez is currently attending school to become a Certified Paralegal. She is scheduled to complete the program in May 2020.
